Terms of Service

1. What RendezBot Is

RendezBot is an AI-powered booking assistant that handles appointment scheduling via WhatsApp and phone calls on behalf of service businesses. We provide the technology; you remain responsible for your business operations and client relationships.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and operating a legitimate business to use RendezBot. By signing up, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact.rendezbot@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscription & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• All plans include a 7-day free trial — no charge until the trial ends
• Prices are shown in USD by default; European customers are billed in EUR at the displayed rate
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers
• No refunds are issued for partial months, but you may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time — no questions asked, no cancellation fees. Your service remains active until the end of the current billing period. To cancel, contact us at contact.rendezbot@gmail.com.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use RendezBot to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harass users
• Violate Meta's WhatsApp Business API policies
• Impersonate another person or business
• Engage in any illegal activity
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the RendezBot platform

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension of your account without refund.

7. Service Availability

We aim for maximum uptime and will notify you of planned maintenance in advance. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by service outages beyond our reasonable control.

8. AI Limitations

RendezBot uses AI to handle conversations. While we train it carefully on your business data, AI can occasionally make errors. You remain responsible for verifying bookings and maintaining clear communication with your clients.

9. Intellectual Property

RendezBot and all associated technology, branding, and software remain the property of RendezBot. You retain full ownership of your business data and client information.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RendezBot's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. For EU/UK customers, your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before any significant changes take effect.
